Cosmos '90 had to ground out a result in a game of few chances against an AC Varosi Pendayia side who twice hit the post. Ola Giwa gave the hosts the lead in the 20th minute only for AC Varosi Pendayia to level the game on the half hour mark through a Marios Georgiou penalty. Despite the teams having an even share of the possession only the woodwork saved Cosmos '90 from defeat. New Cosmos '90 assistant manager Nathan Walcott was happy that his reign with a hard earned point.
