Honors even at Broomfield Park where Cyprus Youth (KLN) and AC Varosi Pendayia fought out an entertaining draw. Both teams made a cautious start on what was a sapping day in the heat. AC Varosi Pendayia scored in the 20th minute through Vas Nicou’s shot but one goal was never going to be enough. Cyprus Youth (KLN) responded to the setback well as they shaded the closing stages of the first half. Despite slightly more possession, Cyprus Youth (KLN) did not create much until the 35th minute when Jason Mason leveled the match. The second half was just as close but as players began to tire space was appearing at both ends. Neither team could take advantage of the situation as the game meandered towards a draw.
